Wikipedia is a World Wide Web encyclopedia that has developed global coverage of factual data due to the contribution of Wikipedia's many users. Anyone can add to, or edit, any article on the Wikipedia website merely by accessing an article on the site using a web browser. Wikipedia users (in general) do not have to be mambers or otherwise register in order to add to or edit a Wikipedia articles, though some articles are "fixed" (for example the main entry page to Wikipedia) and can only be edited by senior Wikipedia members.
